Privacy at DataVility.

We store your Google account identifier, name, email, country, saved resources, viewing history, reviews, and order records to provide your library. Collections, private study notes, practice progress, product questions, support messages and email preferences are stored when you use those features. We use Google to verify your identity. We never ask for or receive your Google password.

Cookies and preferences

A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Your theme preference is stored in your browser. This application does not include advertising trackers.

Storefront analytics

We measure visits to public storefront pages using a random browser ID that expires after 30 days. We store a hashed version of that ID, the page path, referral domain, and visit time. This analytics data does not include IP addresses, email addresses, search queries, or full referral URLs. Visit records older than 90 days are removed when new visits are recorded. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; private account pages and signed-in administrator visits are excluded. You can remove the browser ID by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Files and payments

Resource files are stored privately. Downloads require an authorized account. Separate preview pages are public when published. Payment information is collected by the hosted payment provider; DataVility does not collect or store your card details.

Collections and study information

Collections start private. If you enable sharing, anyone with the link can read its title, description and published listing references. Sharing does not grant access to purchased files or private notes. You can disable sharing and delete your collections or notes. Product questions become public only after creator moderation; support requests and replies stay in your account.

Email notifications

When email delivery is enabled, the email provider receives the recipient address and message needed for purchase notifications or opted-in price alerts. Earlier gift orders retain their payer and recipient addresses. Notifications link back to Google sign-in; they do not contain a sign-in token. Delivery status and payment references help resolve purchase issues. You can turn off price alerts in Email preferences.

Embedded model rankings

Model shortlists and automatic refresh preferences are stored on your browser when storage is available. Shortlists do not sync to your account. Shared model comparison links contain the selected public model IDs and filters, so anyone with that link can see those selections. The model catalog is retrieved by DataVility from models.dev; token cost calculations run in your browser without sending prompts or making model requests.

The Models Ranking page loads a public leaderboard directly from Artificial Analysis. Your browser connects to that provider, which receives connection information and may use its own cookies or analytics under its policies. DataVility does not send your account or purchase details to the leaderboard. Refreshing the embedded view reconnects to the provider; you can disable automatic refresh on the page.

Your account

You can update your display name and country in profile settings. Google manages your sign-in credentials. Account deletion and data export support are not yet available through this interface.

Before public launch

This is the current product implementation notice. The operator’s legal identity, contact address, retention schedule, and jurisdiction-specific privacy disclosures will be added before accepting live purchases.
